I managed to get ahold of what I hope is a legit ISO of Windows 7 through a German site that was apparently uploading exact copies of the old (legal) Digital River ISOs, which have since come down. My DVD drive doesn't read, so a USB flash drive is my most viable option here. I hope it's not a hardware issue, so I'm at a point where I'm ready to format my C: drive (with the OS on it) and reinstall Windows 7. In short, I can't get my PC to boot up, even in Safe Mode (hangs indefinitely at CLASSPNP.SYS), and none of the System Recovery Tools can help me at this point.
